Information You Provide

• Images for app features: If you take a photo within the app to enable certain features, the image is sent to a third‑party AI service for processing. Images and processed results are not stored on our servers and are used only to provide functionality within the app. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be relied upon as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.
• Connected third‑party services: If you connect AppToSomething to a third‑party service (such as a task or productivity provider), we store authorization tokens required to access that service. These tokens are not passwords. Data from connected services is accessed only as necessary to provide app functionality and is never used for advertising or tracking.
• Contact information: If you provide an email address (for support or account‑related features), it is used only to communicate with you and improve the service.

AI Image Processing

When you use features that involve image analysis, the app sends the image you select or capture with your device camera to Google Gemini for optical character recognition (OCR) and text extraction.

Only the image itself is transmitted for processing. We do not include account information or other identifying user data with these requests.

Google Gemini returns extracted text to the app. We do not store the original image on our servers.

We use this data solely to provide in-app functionality. Images are processed temporarily for this purpose only.

You must explicitly consent before any image is sent to Google Gemini.

Analytics

AppToSomething collects anonymous usage statistics, such as which features are used and how often, to improve performance and usability. Anonymous analytics may be provided by privacy-focused analytics services that do not track users across applications or websites.

If you voluntarily provide an email address, anonymous usage data may be associated with that account solely for support and product improvement purposes. We do not sell or share this information.

Advertising

AppToSomething does not collect or use personal information for advertising purposes.

How We Use Information
